Engine Goes to Work in Delaware City, Second Fire of the Day

At 1:30 pm on February 8th, Engine 18 was added to the box alarm for a Residential Fire in the Mariners Watch Community of Delaware City's local. Engine 18 made a quick response with members and staff in the station. Upon arrival, the crew was assigned suppression tasks in the garage and second floor of the structure. The crews operated or assisted with multiple handlines during the operation. The crew from Engine 18 then assisted with opening up and overhaul before clearing. Engine 18 operated for just over two hours before clearing.
