Ladder 18 Makes a Grab

Early in the morning on September 18, Ladder 18 was alerted to assist Christiana on a Working Multi-Residential Fire. Ladder 18 made a quick response. Upon arrival, the crew slpit to preform tasks such as search and rescue and throwing ladders. One member of Ladder 18, FF/EMT Phil Mezzatesta made it to the third floor with Christiana Deputy Chief Anderson and forced entry into one of the apartments. During that search, they located and removed one male occupant from the apartment to awaiting EMS crews.
Good work by not only these two firefighters but everyone on the fireground!
