The Good Will Fire Company particiapes in and encourages the use of the Knox Box system on both commercial and residential properties. The Knox Box system allows the Fire Company to use a master key that is kept in each unit to unlock a secure box at your home, buisness, or facility to gain entry without damaging any property. The keys are secured in the apparatus and fire officers must use a code to release them from the storage unit. These can be used to access businesses after hours to investigate a fire alarm or to make access to a residence to investigate a fire alarm or make access to someone experiencing a medical emergency.
