At approximately 10:20pm on Friday 3/31, Good Will units were alerted to an Outside Fire on the beach along the Battery Park Trail in the area of the 1 mile marker. Kubota 18 and Chief 18 arrived to find a 25’x150’ area of driftwood on fire. Minquadale Fire Company, Station 22 was alerted for Brush 22-1 to assist the units on scene. Members operated for approximately 90 minutes chasing hot spots before clearing.
