Good Will Chief Officers, Company Officers, and Senior Firefighters attended an in service Incident Command class presented by Delaware State Fire School. Officers were put into command roles and presented with incidents ranging from house fires to complex building fires with maydays. The system employed by the Fire school allows the officers to make decisions and see real time results. The training was focused on building skill and comfort running incidents as company officers begin to move into the acting Battalion Chief role.
