MVC with Entrapment

Tuesday, June 16, 2020

On Tuesday June 16th, Good-Will Fire Company, along with New Castle County Paramedics and Delaware State Police Aviation Section were dispatched to the Intersection of River Road and Hamburg Road for a Motor Vehicle Accident. Initial reports indicated possible entrapment, with a vehicle on fire. Chief 18 requested Rescue 15 from Delaware City Volunteer Fire Company, No. 1, Inc., Station 15 to be alerted. RE28 from Wilmington Manor Fire Company also responded.

Chief 18 arrived and confirmed Entrapment, with no Fire. Squad 18 arrived and extricated the Patient. Ambulance B-18 transported the Patient to the Local Trauma Center. The Delaware State Police is handling the investigation. Thank you to our mutual aid partners for assisting.
