Basement Fire

Ladder 18 and Chief 18 responded to assist Wilmington Manor Fire Company at a Residential Fire on the 200 block of West Roosevelt Ave in the Wilmington Manor Community. Chief 22 arrived and reported smoke showing from from all floors and two people possibly trapped in the basement. Ladder 18 arrived as the second due special service and completed tasks assigned. It was determined shortly after that there was no one in the residence. Engine 33 extinguished a basement fire. Units operated for a little over an hour.
