Ladder and Chief 18 for a Multi-Residential Fire with Reported Subjects Trapped at the Pine Valley Apartments in Wilmington Manor. Ladder 18 arrived as the second due special service and made searches on the 3rd floor. The trapped subject was removed by the police before arrival.
