Duty Engine with One Trapped in Wilmington Manor

Just after mightnight, the duty crew was alerted to West Basin Road and Washington Avenue in Wilmington Manor for a Motor Vehicle Crash with Entrapment. Engine 18-6 made a quick response. Rescue 14 also made the response on the road since the crash was origionally reported in their district. Engine 18-6 arrived just after Rescue 14 and crews went to work extricating the patient. The patient was quickly removed from the vehicle and transported to the local trauma center.
