On February 22, 2008, the GWFC Board of Directors executed a 2 year labor contract with the company's career staff.  The 6 full-time career Firefighter/EMT-B's are represented by the IAFF Local 4417.  The contract represents the collaborative efforts of the leadership of the GWFC and all of the career staff.
